What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with members and guests
- Drive membership sales and studio growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Create engaging social media and community partnerships
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio
- Deliver a five-star member experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- Leadership mindset with a desire to grow professionally
